I`m what`s known as a mindset coach as well as a registered practitioner of a totally unique form of therapy called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) which blends hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with lots (and lots!) of personal improvement coaching
My path to becoming a mindset coach and therapist began long ago – I`ve always had an innate curiosity of what makes people `tick` and more importantly what makes us all happy – Or not!
I apply this passion in combination with all my skills and experience gained as a fully qualified therapist and a 25+ year career in sales and management within several `Blue Chip` companies – Leading and coaching for growth in personal performance and positive mindsets
So many people want to change their lives…..but they simply don`t think or believe that they can – I change clients lives by helping them fundamentally understand, then change, their existing mindset – The words they say to themselves in their head and the pictures they hold of their future
